The Violet Qi Cauldron Control Art is the standard cultivation manual of the Spirit Stream Sect's southern bank. It is split into 10 levels, the ten levels correspond to the ten levels of the Qi Condensation Stage. Within the Violet Qi Cauldron Control Art there are three different echniques.
Lightness in Heaviness: Lightness-in-Heaviness is about speed. By reaching this stage the cultivator is able to completely control physical objects.
"Lightness-in-Heaviness is about more than the words ‘light’ and ‘heavy’. It’s not just being able to control heavy objects as if they didn’t weigh a lot. That’s just the surface meaning. The true, deeper meaning has to do, not with physical objects, but rather, with the way you manipulate spiritual energy."
"Your total reserve of spiritual energy is what makes the heaviness (Stage of Cultivation). When you take that spiritual energy and convert it into numerous tiny, unbreakable threads, that is the lightness."
Heaviness in Lightness: Heaviness-in-Lightness is about control methods.
"It is like how a flat leaf could be used to pull a small branch up into the air, but a rolled up leaf can hoist up a small rock. Likewise, if you cut a leaf into strips and then braid it into a rope, it would be able to lift even heavier objects."
Violet Qi Cauldron Summoning: By combining Lightness-in-Heaviness and Heaviness-in-Lightness a cultivator can summon a Violet Qi Cauldron and smash their enemies to death with it. The Violet Qi Cauldron Summoning technique is split into three levels. As the level of the cultivation increase, can summon more and more Cauldrons, and at the highest level the cultivator can combine multiple cauldrons and summon a much larger Cauldron. As proficiency with this technique increase the cultivator can start to cancel the technique and lose less Qi when withdrawing Cauldrons.
Human Controlling Grand Magic: Bai Xiaochun created this technique based on the Violet Qi Cauldron Summoning technique.
