The Skin Flayers was one of the legions of the Hall of Steel Veins. The legion is extremely bloodthirsty and whenever they march to battle, they skin their enemies alive. Their name alone caused the savages outside the Great Wall to tremble in fear. Its general, Bai Lin, is number six on the Wildlands savages' Execution List, the highest of the five legions on the list.[1]
The legion was located in the Skin Flayers District of Great Wall City and was further subdivided into ten garrisons.[2]
